01. Using PharmiraHealth

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

PharmiraHealth connects patients with pharmacies and providers; it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

02. Prescriptions & medications

Prescription medications are dispensed only by licensed partner pharmacies, subject to a valid prescription and applicable law.

Availability, pricing, and delivery times shown are provided by pharmacies and may change.

Always follow the guidance of your pharmacist or doctor.

03. Reservations & payments

A reservation holds an item at a pharmacy; final dispensing remains at the pharmacy's discretion and is subject to verification.

You are responsible for collecting or accepting delivery of confirmed reservations.

04. Community board

The community board is for non-regulated, over-the-counter guidance only. Do not request or share regulated prescription medication through it.

Be respectful. We may remove content that is unsafe, misleading, or violates these terms.

05. Liability

PharmiraHealth provides the platform “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of independent pharmacies or providers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

06. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
